(Ola-life) is an avenue to a healthier and happier lifestyle. It is a gathering of people from all walks of life, a place where we can think and share, love and learn. It means to enhance the way we look at the world around us.
Ola.life fulfills a harmony of unique journeys—incorporating yoga, meditation, stand-up paddle boarding, surfing, and natural health (Ayurveda). Ola is the synthesis of health, well being, support, happiness and the action of being alive.
Kristin Gould brings years of experience in yoga and her love of nature to fulfill the aim of Ola-life.
Kristin believes the best teachers never stop learning and spreading the new information they acquire. For Kristin, yoga is living life to its fullest potential; being forever grateful; and riding on the wave where breath, body and soul unite. When this is practiced, we are reaching a meaning beyond the confines of the mat.
Ola-life was founded on this very principle:

The more we practice, the more we grow. The more we perform “do over’s”, the more likely we become better at our practice. At the core of practice, there is comfort, creativity and commitment. To get that, we simply need to practice everything in a loving, selfless and skillful way. Resting in our own true nature - this is yoga.
